What’s included in the Pop-Up Chapel?

  • Ceremony venue with beautiful professional decor
  • Personal flowers (2 bouquets & 2 boutonnières or four of each for same-sex couples)
  • Legal officiant
  • Music for the ceremony
  • A Champagne toast for up to 30 guests
  • Photography of the ceremony & a 30-minute Portrait session post-ceremony, Photography of First dance as well as Bouquet Toss
  • Hors d’oeuvres for up to 30 guests
  • A small wedding cake
  • A combined dance party in the evening of the event with all participants from the day.

When will we get to see the design/decor for the chapel?

We do a different design for each Pop Up Wedding Chapel, so it’s not possible to see the design until the venue is set up. We do post some sneak peaks on social media and we will discuss the design with our couples.

What time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving 20 minutes prior to your ceremony time. It’s very important that we stay on schedule so each ceremony will start on time and we will not wait for latecomers! If the couple is late for their ceremony it will cut into the time allotted for their photos!

What happens when we arrive?

Is your guest arrive they will be seated, when the couple arrives we will keep them separated in separate rooms until it is time to walk down the aisle (unless they wish to see each other) The couples will receive their flowers as they arrive as well.

What happens during the processional?

The only people involved in the processional will be the couple, two witnesses, and whomever is walking the couple down the aisle (if you have more than the above-mentioned attendants special arrangements can be made).The groom can choose to stand at the front and wait or can choose to process down the aisle with his parents. The Bride can choose to process down the aisle with her parents or with her groom or alone if you are a same-sex couple you can both process together, apart or one can wait in the other can process.

How long does the ceremony last?

All ceremonies will last approximately 20 minutes in length or less if you were saying your own vows it’s very important that these valves be three to five minutes at the most.

What happens after the ceremony

After the ceremony you will sign the marriage license along with your witnesses. Then you will exit down the aisle and outside the ceremony area along with your guest for a group photo along with some family photos.

Then everyone is brought back inside for you champagne toast, Hors d’oeuvres, and cake cutting. Your guest will have about 20-30 mins to eat, drink, and celebrate while the couple is off have more photos done.

Do I need to get my own Marriage License?

Can I choose my music?

Yes, you will be asked in advance of the Pop up Chapel what song you want to walk down the aisle to, what song you would like to exit to as well as your first dance song. You may also request up to 3 songs you would like played at the dance party.

How does the dance party work?

All couples will be asked to return to the venue for 9:30 pm to be ready for the first dances. Each couple will have their own first dance to the music they have chosen in advance. The couple that were married in the first ceremony will have the first dance first, then the couple from the next ceremony and so on, and so on.

How does the bouquet toss work?

All brides will be provided with a small toss bouquet and all brides will do the bouquet toss together.
